You Can Buy Corey Dickerson's Condo For A Little Over $2 Million.

Miami Marlins outfielder Corey Dickerson listed his condominium at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach for $2.695 million.

A two-level, loft-style unit, has three bedrooms and a den, three full and one half baths and a spacious terrace with a summer kitchen and Jacuzzi. Inside has gray porcelain flooring, a great room with a 25-foot ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows with remote-controlled shades, a kitchen with Boffi cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances and a spa-like master bath with a glass-enclosed wet room and jetted soaking tub.

The waterfront Ritz-Carlton Residences features 111 condominiums and 15 stand-alone villas designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni.

“It is truly a Ritz-Carlton experience, but there are no transient hotel guests,” said Michael Light, a real estate broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Sports and Entertainment Division in Coconut Grove. “It’s a value, based on its price per square foot compared to other things for sale in Miami Beach, and it has Ritz-Carlton services. They are realistic sellers.”

Hall of Famer Mike Piazza purchased a three-bedroom condominium there for $5.6 million.
