Drake and Kendrick Lamar's beef took center stage once again, thanks to Conan O'Brien.

The host of the 2025 Oscars was on stage on Sunday night, March 2, when he decided to drag the glorified beef between both superstar rappers into his bit halfway through the show. O'Brien referenced Lamar's eye-popping performance of "Not Like Us" at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime show in New Orleans before the next award was presented.

"Well, we're halfway through the show, which means it's time for Kendrick Lamar to come out and call Drake a pedophile," O'Brien said. "Don't worry, I'm lawyered up."

On "Not Like Us," Kendrick Lamar raps, "Certified Lover Boy, certified pedophile." Lamar may have cut out the "pedophile" line from his performance at the Super Bowl, but he did rap his other wild allegations. The GNX rapper looked right into the camera as he rapped, "Say Drake, I heard you like 'em young." He also performed his other diss track "Euphoria" and poked fun at Drake's recent lawsuit over the allegations made in "Not Like Us."

O'Brien's joke about Drake and Kendrick Lamar happened midway through the 97th Academy Awards. The late-night comedian started the show with a bang after he crawled out of Demi Moore's body in his intro inspired by The Substance. He continued by cracking jokes about Emilia Perez actress Karla Sofía Gascón's recent social media controversy and shamed Adam Sandler for his casual attire.
